Review : It's a very sturdy tripod. The only problem is that it's not easily adjustable. Once I'm done using it for my research I'll leave it out, so that won't be an issue anymore.

Review : An excellent platform for the Weather Station ISS. I roof mounted mine - easy to mount! Had a bit of extra care needed to get the pole vertical, but the style of the collars allowed this adjustment. A note: after all was mounted and checked out I wanted to "fine-tune" my North, so used a GPS resting in the rain bowel. Bad idea - the unit was on and transmitting, so my GPS got confused. Either use a magnetic compass or move away form the ISS.

Cons: Hard to get vertical alignment

Review : Made installation on a roof a breeze. Would be nice if the feet were adjustable to match them up with the pitch of the roof.
